Evara Partner Program Policy
Approved partners may introduce new clients to Evara using their assigned referral link. A referral is eligible only when a new client submits the full Evara intake through valid attribution and pays the eligible one-time website package fee in full.
Commission
The commission is 10% of the eligible net one-time website package amount actually received by Evara. VAT, subscriptions, hosting, domains, licences, third-party costs, add-ons, extra pages, custom work, refunds and chargebacks are excluded unless Evara explicitly records an item as commissionable.
Invoices and payment
Partners are responsible for their legal ability to provide referral services and issue a complete, valid invoice. No payment is made without a valid invoice matching the closed monthly statement.
Conduct
Partners may not make commitments about Evara pricing, delivery dates, features or discounts. Participation is independent and does not create employment, agency, exclusivity or authority to bind Evara.
Attribution
Attribution lasts six months. The first valid referral wins. Existing clients, duplicate leads and self-referrals are not eligible. Evara may suspend abuse and reverse commission after refunds or chargebacks.
